Summary:<p align="justify">The construction of the Gorontalo Gas Power Plant located in the Village of Maleo, Paguat District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province is one of the solutions from the government for the people in Gorontalo. The construction of the Gorontalo Gas Power Plant which began in 2015 is expected to be able to increase the electrification ratio in the Gorontalo region to reach 84.4% from the original of only 77.58%. Gorontalo Gas Power Plant uses Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) as its power source. To meet the needs of LNG in Gorontalo Gas Power Plant, a dock facility is needed for the FSRU that carries the LNG supply to do the loading and unloading process. In order to realize this liquid bulk dock, it is necessary to design appropriate methods and management so that the construction process is effective and efficient. This final project aims to compile the construction, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), work volume, work productivity, duration of work, scheduling, price analysis and budget costs for the work of the causeway, trestle, and loading platform at the Gorontalo Gas Power Plant LNG terminal.<p align="justify">
