Therefore, the development of Soroja toll road was expected to boost Bandung Regency’s economy especially in tourism sector since there is National Strategic Tourism Area (Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional) in Bandung Regency named Ciwidey. The opening of Soroja toll road was expected to increase the number of tourist go to Ciwidey. The increase in number of tourist can cause the increase in road load of the way to Ciwidey. Soreang-Rancabali Street is the only way to reach Ciwidey Tourism Area. Hence, the road load of Soreang-Rancabali Street will be affected. Therefore,the goal of this research is to analyze the impact of Soroja toll road opening on Soreang-Rancabali Street performance. To conduct this research, the data will be gathered by primary and secondary methods which are traffic counting, plate matching, observation, and secondary survey. Based on analysis result, there can be concluded that there is decrease in Soreang-Rancabali Street performance before and after the opening of Soroja toll road. This conclusion is shown by the fact that there is an increase in VCR value and a decrease in level of service from LOS B in 2015 to LOS C in 2018. To respond the decrease in road performance, there is a need to intervene the capacity in location that can cause traffic congestion. The cause of traffic congestion which are cliff and the commercial activities.
