| Summary: | <p align="justify">Port of Patimban is needed to increase the logistic process in Java because of the bad traffic index in Jakarta, which in turn hampered the logistic process heading to and from port of Tanjung Priok. Port of Patimban is planned to accommodate 7.5 million TEUs/year and 578 thousand CBUs/year by the end of 2037. This paper contains the required analysis for containers and terminal vehicles in port of Patimban. After the assessment of necessity, The final result of the analysis are the construction location of the port, the primary yard capacity for containers and terminal vehicles along with the dimension of channel, turning basin, and also breakwater. The analysis result shows that 120 block of containers with 12 berth for container vessels are needed for the terminal containers including 5 floors of parking lot with area of 3.47 ha and 3 berth for pure car carrier are needed for Patimban Port<p align="justify"> |
