The mining scenario is focused on the mining sequence of Block 1 and Block 3. There are three scenarios that are made where in the first scenario, Block 1 will be mined first followed by Block 3, in the second scenario Block 3 will be mined first followed by Block 1 and in the third scenario both of Block 1 and Block 3 will be mined simultaneously. <br /> <br /> Based on economic analysis, the first scenario has NPV of US$1.489.588,73 with IRR of 15.91% and the payback period of it will be reached after 7 years. The second scenario has NPV of US$6.164.454,50 with IRR of 25.63% and the payback period of it will be reached after 4 years. The third scenario has NPV of US$2.384.387,03 with IRR of 17.30% and the payback period of it will be reached after 6 years. From the three scenarios above, it can be concluded that the best scenario is the second scenario that started from Block 3 and then continued by Block 1. text |
