In a situation where mining license is continued, HR will develop initiatives based on the framework of Human Capital Maturity (Bassi & McMurrer, 2007) to improve Human Capital Maturity. In a situation where mining license is dis-continued, HR will develop initiatives based on the framework of Organization Downsizing & Redesign (Freeman, 1992). text
