Summary:Inagri is a business to business agriculture supplier that attempt to approach their supplying activity with technology. They supplied agriculture commodities for businesses around Bandung city with online platform. Their goal is to provide the complete commodity solution to the culinary businesses through technological approach. Referring to the time of research, Inagri were still in an early stage where the customer number are few and early development product for the online platform. <br /> <br /> The goal of this research is to help Inagri solve their issues by analyzing its external and internal environment along with the proper proposed strategy to counteract the issue. From the external environment analysis, the research determines its opportunity and threat of Inagri. Meanwhile, the internal environment analysis determines Inagri’s strength and weakness. Those four aspects are analyzed through SWOT analysis. TOWS matrix is generated from SWOT analysis which is concluded in the further proposed strategy. <br /> <br /> After conducting the exploration, the researcher proposes the strategy to solve Inagri’s issues at that point of time. The first strategy is to increase the customer acquisition rate. The second strategy is to embrace the ascending number of customer. The third strategy is to develop a software that customize for masses. And the fourth strategy concludes a long-term plan for supply. <br />
