The concept to solve the problem is using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology. Five Why diagram is utilized to find the root causes. <br /> <br /> Through analysis, the solution that can be used to improve the performance of the injection flow rate is by installing a packer at the injection well that can be used to adjust the injected flow rate. <br /> <br /> After the packer is installed then 5 injection wells are re-activated and some oil wells turned off can return POP (Put on Production). The impact of improvements made is a significant increase in oil production. <br /> text
