| Summary: | <p align="justify">The high number of construction project delays and cost overrun of construction project costs is a major concern in construction management. Both of these problems are caused by risk factors, where risk is defined as a possible occurrence that will impact the construction project implementation process. One way to handle these risk issues by conducting risk analysis, starting from identifying possible risks, qualitative analysis by categorizing risks, then performing a quantitative analysis to determine the level of confidence in the success of the construction project due to the risks, as well as setting the risk that most impacts for the delay project and construction project cost overrun. At the end of the analysis, efforts should be made to handle risks that exist based on risk priorities. The focus of this research is an integrated cost and time risk analysis, where cost and time risk analysis is conducted simultaneously. Given this integrated analysis, different outcomes will be obtained compared to separate risk analysis. This quantitative analysis uses the @risk program which is an add ins to microsoft excel. The research object used is the Cisumdawu tunnel project located in Session II and Phase II Cisumdawu Toll Road Project. This tunnel is the only tunnel and is part of the Cisumdawu toll road construction project (Cileunyi- SumedangDawuhan) whose construction is undertaken by a joint PT. MCC-PT. Wijaka works- PT. Waskita Karya-PT. Nindya Karya. This Cisumdawu tunnel project is the first tunnel project in Indonesia. <p align="justify"> <br />
