| Summary: | <p align="justify">Road accidents may result from negligence of road users who do not comply with traffic regulations. Violations of the regulation may be brought to the legal court so that offenders can be sanctioned accordingly. However, in fact, proving the right or wrong of a road user will be very difficult because the evidence that can be used in court is inadequate. Therefore, in the presence of black boxes on cars that record road conditions either on the front or rear of the car plus information such as location (GPS), timestamp, and car conditions (On-Board Diagnostic) can be used as evidence in court. The data is stored in a non-mechanical storage media that can be easily read back. In addition, the existence of a black box on the car can prevent us from those who deliberately exploit the occurrence of traffic accidents to take advantage even though we are on the right side.<p align="justify"> |
