Summary:PT Qwords Company International is one of the SMEs in Indonesia engaged in web hosting services that have problems related to employee turnover. From 2016 until the end of 2017, the company has lost 16 employees from 60 employees and it is a big number for the company. This employee turnover caused the lack of employees that make it difficult to set up employee shift schedules and increase the company's expenses to re-organize recruitment and training. Employee in PT Qwords Company International often voluntarily quit than involuntary quit because of several reason like personal matters into career matter that makes the number of employee turnover still happened in years. Employee turnover is started with a thought, consideration, and a desire. Then desire to leave the company is called turnover intention. <br /> <br /> This research used factors that affecting turnover intention in a company. These factors are organizational factors and management, organizational culture, organizational commitment, training and career development, workplace environment, compensation system, job stress, and leader-member exchange.Based on preliminary research and literature review these factors are factors that directly relate to the company that affect job satisfaction and motivation, causing employee turnover intention in the company.In order to know the real condition of turnover intention in the company, the researcher interviewed 6 key informants. Key informants consist of human resource development units, employees, and former employees. These key informants were chosen being because of their involvement in this issue for several years, their expertise and their experience about the turnover intention in company, so they can provide an overview about turnover intention from employee side and company side. The factors of training and career development, compensation system, job stress, leader member exchange, and the workplace environment of the company are factor that affect the turnover intention obtained from the results of research in this company. <br /> <br /> Based on the analysis, the author provides some recommendation about employee retention strategy based on factors causing turnover intention in the company such as making career development program, making standard operating procedure, conducting leadership training for leaders in company, employee of the month and employee of the year, and make family gathering to make the work environment better. These solutions aim to improve and increase job satisfaction and employee motivation so it can reduce the number of turnover intention in PT Qwords Company International. <br /> <br /> The development of a career development program that consists of planning and create will be implemented in September 2018 to December 2018. And the implementation will start from January 2019 to September 2019. Then, the SOP that consist of planning and create will be implemented from September 2019 to December 2019. Implementation will start from January 2019 to September 2019. The employee of the month award will be given monthly and employee of the year will be given every January. For leadership training will be conducted every quarter. And the last is family gathering program which consists of planning and organize that will be held from September 2018 to August 2018. The gathering program will be conducted in September 2019. <br />
