In the other hand, the price of mining material particularly coal and petroleum recently have fallen. As a result, some of mining companies tend to reduce capital expense. They prefer to hire the equipment from an external agent or Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) that is commonly known as the term leasing. A two-dimensional lease contract will be ended when the age or usage have reached a specified limit. During the lease period, all of the maintenance are performed by the lessor. A preventive maintenance (PM) will be carried out when the age or usage have reached a certain limit. This research proposed a stochastic lease contract which is

modeled by using bivariate Weibull and copula approach. The number of failure during the contract period is calculated by using non-homogeneous Poisson process (NHPP).
