A two-dimensional lease contract will be ended when the age or usage have reached a specified limit. During the lease period, all of the maintenance are performed by the lessor. A corrective maintenance (CM) will <br /> <br /> be conducted when a failure occur with level minimal repair. A preventive maintenance (PM) will be carried out when the age or usage have reached a certain limit. This research proposed a stochastic lease contract which is <br /> <br /> modeled by using bivariate Weibull and copula approach. The number of failure during the contract period is calculated by using non-homogeneous Poisson process (NHPP). Corrective maintenance (CM) will be conducted <br /> <br /> when a failure occur with level minimal repair. This research uses a case study of 64 truck Kerax 440 which are bought by PT. AKT in 2010 and 2011. A simulation is performed to calculate the expected lease contract <br /> <br /> cost and optimal PM with contract period [0; 12 months) x [0; 120000 miles).
