As a commercial building and domestic activities, it is necessary to supply clean water <br /> and wastewater for supporting the hotel's operational activities. The purpose and objective of this final project was to design wastewater plumbing system and <br /> wastewater treatment system at three star hotel in Sukabumi. Wastewater generated on each floor is conveyed by plumbing system to the wastewater treatment plant thus the wastewater does not pollute environment. Plumbing systems use a mixed wastewater discharge system for greywater and blackwater. In this design, plumbing systems are equipped with anaerobic-aerobic biofilter facility, grease trap, and sump pit. The design process starts from calculating water usage based on fixture unit, calculating wastewater discharge, determining wastewater pipeline and vent, determining pipe dimension, determining dimension of wastewater treatment unit, and creating technical drawing and cost analysis of plumbing system and wastewater treatment unit. The horizontal pipe of the building was designed with a slope of 1/50 - 1/100 mm. The horizontal pipe size for wastewater was 1.5 inches to 8 inches and the vertical pipe sizes were 4 inches and 8 inches. The branch vent pipe size was 1.5 inches to 5 inches and the vertical vent pipe size was 2 inches to 5 inches. The building discharge pipes to the wastewater treatment unit were 4 inches and 8 inches. The biofilter capacity was 100 m3/day. The total cost of wastewater plumbing system and wastewater treatment plant to support the operational activities of three star hotel in Sukabumi was IDR 2,262,550,000. text
