| Summary: | <p align="justify">Bandung School of Hospitality and Tourism is an vocational education facilty focusing in hospitality and tourism education. This campus is the oldest hospitality school in Indonesia. Nowadays, their main problem is the need to increase their student capacity regarding development of the curiculum. The project located at current location of Bandung School of Hospitality and Tourism, Setiabudhi street number 186, with some are addition which sum up to 4,6 Ha. Regulation in this site state that this site has Building Coverage Ratio of 40% and Floor Area Ratio 1.4. This project’s design scope is to analyze the site plan of the whole institution and to design the educational facility for all faculty. Total building area of this design is about 7827,5m2. The problems of this site is slopy design site, comfortness, image, and circulation. Slopy design site is a problem related to contour and school standard, comfortness is related to annoyance from other education sector regarding noise and aroma, and circulation is school main isue. To solve those problems, some concept are implemented, which is zoning (slopy design site), space order (comfortness), and one way circulation and pedestrian oriented (circulation)<p align="justify"> |
