Description
Summary:Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources. As a maritime country Indonesia has

a huge potential for marine products. Occupying second place in seafood production,

Indonesia must be able to compete in the international market in order to meet the

demands of the huge global market. In West Java, particularly in the Pangandaran area

there are 1400 households who still depend on fishing and fisheries business. In

Pangandaran, there are cooperatives monitoring and monitoring the marine fisheries

business process.

Minasari Cooperative is a cooperative that acts as an institution that supports and

facilitates all the activities of fishermen and baskets to ensure their welfare. However,

with production growth every year Pangandaran still can't independently to doing

marine export and compete in the international market. In fact, with a high margin than

the domestic market could affect the welfare of business players, especially members

of cooperatives (baskets and fishermen). By conducting research and analyzing

problems using internal and external analysis of Productivity Analysis, Value Chain

Analysis, Canvas Business Model, Market Analysis, PESTEL, Stakeholder Analysis

can be concluded that the state of the industry has enormous potential but there are

many information gaps and limitations of knowledge and ability.

With the results obtained from internal and external analysis it is known to be solved

with the Inclusive Business Model solution. The Inclusive Business Model is a strategy

built to help low-income people by placing them together to collaborate with several

relevant stakeholders to make quick profits with greater revenue, innovation and build

a good supply chain.

Lack of information related to information about international markets, how to get

funding, training related to regulation and legalization when exporting, facilities and

infrastructure especially in transportation and storage of goods, procedures in every

activity related to product handling and marketing strategy that must be developed in

the future. Then some solutions have been given for the long term is to conduct

training, application of good SOP, and targeted marketing.
