In West Java, particularly in the Pangandaran area <br /> <br /> there are 1400 households who still depend on fishing and fisheries business. In <br /> <br /> Pangandaran, there are cooperatives monitoring and monitoring the marine fisheries <br /> <br /> business process. <br /> <br /> Minasari Cooperative is a cooperative that acts as an institution that supports and <br /> <br /> facilitates all the activities of fishermen and baskets to ensure their welfare. However, <br /> <br /> with production growth every year Pangandaran still can't independently to doing <br /> <br /> marine export and compete in the international market. In fact, with a high margin than <br /> <br /> the domestic market could affect the welfare of business players, especially members <br /> <br /> of cooperatives (baskets and fishermen). By conducting research and analyzing <br /> <br /> problems using internal and external analysis of Productivity Analysis, Value Chain <br /> <br /> Analysis, Canvas Business Model, Market Analysis, PESTEL, Stakeholder Analysis <br /> <br /> can be concluded that the state of the industry has enormous potential but there are <br /> <br /> many information gaps and limitations of knowledge and ability. <br /> <br /> With the results obtained from internal and external analysis it is known to be solved <br /> <br /> with the Inclusive Business Model solution. The Inclusive Business Model is a strategy <br /> <br /> built to help low-income people by placing them together to collaborate with several <br /> <br /> relevant stakeholders to make quick profits with greater revenue, innovation and build <br /> <br /> a good supply chain. <br /> <br /> Lack of information related to information about international markets, how to get <br /> <br /> funding, training related to regulation and legalization when exporting, facilities and <br /> <br /> infrastructure especially in transportation and storage of goods, procedures in every <br /> <br /> activity related to product handling and marketing strategy that must be developed in <br /> <br /> the future.
