| Summary: | <p align="justify">Sentul International Circuit Bogor which was built in 1990 is the first circuit built in Indonesia which later introduce Indonesia to MotoGP, an international motorcycle racing competition. Sentul International Circuit has several facilities to support various activities held in the circuit, such as tribune for the audience and racing track. The writing of this thesis focused on the construction management scheme which includes determining methods of construction, working duration, scheduling and project cost estimation. Methods of construction consist of soil improvement, pile foundation, column, beam, plate and roof truss construction. For circuit track, method that need to be formulated are excavation, heap, road pavement, curb installation, gravel beds installation, and verge works. For drainage system, method that has to be formulated is the work of drainage consisting of U-Ditch and Culvert Box. <p align="justify"> <br />
