<p align="justify">The main function of this project is a Hotel that is constructed and designed in Tangerang area. The scale of the project is 1,2 hectares and located near a Convention Center, which is Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE). The client of the project is Fairfield Hotel Inn & Suites. Based on Marriott International Inc, this hotel belongs to a 4-star chain hotel category with focused target market on the middle-high sector such as Frequent Business Traveler. The character of site location is the industrial area of trade and services with a lot of development in office. The character of the land is flat land because it is adjusted with the rules of the hotel. The main customer target of this hotel is businessman, therefore making the space for Business needs becomes quite important. This project will provide that rooms such as meeting room, meeting area, and ballroom. Hotel design will provide easiness for visitor to access especially visitor from Indonesia Convention Exhibition. Design concept of this hotel will be based on user and function analysis that concluded into 1 main concept which is Private Island, Feel the luxury. With a function and mass approach, the hotel will be designed to have a couple of zoning with consideration of privacy due to public functions such as meeting rooms. Space approach is more efficient to facilitate the movement of visitors to access any designed space. It is expected that this project will attract visitors who do business trips to the Tangerang area by providing luxury and comfort.<p align="justify">
