workforce effectiveness. A company needed special human resource that have high performance to <br />
<br />
support their work in the company <br />

In this research, the author is interested to analyze the factors that have a relationship to employee <br />
<br />
performance. This research will test the hypothesis that employee job satisfaction has a significant <br />
<br />
relationship with employee performance and individual innovativeness has a relationship on both <br />
<br />
employee performance and employee job satisfaction factor. This research will analyze the relationship <br />
<br />
between employee job satisfaction and employee performance with individual innovativeness as <br />
<br />
moderating variable. Moderating variable means that the variable can make a relationship between two <br />
<br />
other variables is become stronger or weaker. This research is held in PT Freeport Indonesia, company <br />
<br />
that works in mining industry in Indonesia. The sampling method using random sampling method by <br />
<br />
taking 778 respondents from the employee with the total population 7.031 employee. The data of this <br />
<br />
research has been collected from the respondents and it has been analyzed by using moderated linear <br />
<br />
regression method for statistical analytics. <br />
<br />
The result of this research shows partially that job satisfaction has a relationship to the employee <br />
<br />
performance positively and significant and individual innovativeness is a moderation variable that can <br />
<br />
connect between the relationship of job satisfaction and employee performance stronger or weaker. It <br />
<br />
means that high employee satisfaction level will lead to high employee performance with individual <br />
<br />
innovativeness as moderating variable that makes the relationship even stronger. |
