The Data was gathered through questionnaires distributed to the company. This was done to investigate the impact of the variables on each other. After that a confirmation process were done by doing interview to the employees regarding the questionnaire result. <br /> <br /> Based on the result of this research it is recommended that leadership and organizational culture should. be improved and prioritized at the company to gain more committed employees. Leaders need to state their views clearly, they need to consider employee’s capabilities and needs. This would lead to a better employee’s commitment, performance and a competitive advantage for the organization. text
