Such problems will cause delays in processing so that is necessary to redesign the installation. The purpose of this task is to create a redesigning plan and redesigning the installation of the processing unit that will be developed at the faecal sludge treatment plant. IPLT Cibinong is located in an area of 8,900 m2 and there are 55.5% of land area that can be developed. Existing processing units in IPLT Cibinong is Receiving Point, Digesters, Sludge Drying Bed and Anaerobic-Aerobic Biofilter. With a population of 988,794 life services, will be planned processing in two stages. Phase 1 in 2020-2030 and Phase 2 in 2030-2040. After projecting the population at the end of the planning phase, it will get the processing capacity at phase 1 is 50 m3/day and phase 2 is 70 m3/day. There are 3 alternative treatment which will be filed with a focus on the processing of sludge stabilization. Proposed alternative is Anaerobic Sludge Digester, Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket and Aerobic Sludge Digester. Based on the weighted using a Ranking weighted technique parameter with components such as the efficiency, reliability,sludge disposal, land needs, environmental effect, O&M costs, construction costs, sustainibility, and level of ease, it was found that the alternative selected to be applied to the Cibinong faecal sludge treatment plant in sludge stabilization is processing using Anaerobic Sludge Digester. So that the plan of this design, the processing unit will consist of Receiving Point, Anaerobic Sludge Digester, Gravity Thickener, Sludge Drying Bed, Anaerobic-Aerobic Biofilter and Desinfection. text
