After separation by filtration, <br /> <br /> the two products were subsequenly oxidized by potassium permanganate under basic condition <br /> <br /> which resulted in two while solid products with the yield of 13.4% and 2.3%, respectively. <br /> <br /> The two products were characterized by chromatographic, spectroscopic and color reaction <br /> <br /> methods as well as melting point determination. However the identity of the two products still <br /> <br /> cannot be determined. <br /> text |
