Marketing and Corporate Communication (MCC) <br /> <br /> Department is one of the most important primary business unit and crucial department at PT POS Indonesia. MCC is responsible for managing everything related to 4P principles in marketing and focusing on setting up the entire marketing process in all lines of POS Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke. MCC Department is also on duty to evaluate all the marketing plans made by each business <br /> <br /> unit in PT POS Indonesia all over the country. Therefore, the author will give a proposal to improve Employee’s Behavior at MCC Department, PT POS Indonesia through questionnaire and interview. <br /> <br /> <br /> The business issue at MCC Department related to PMS is the method used in the assessment of employee performance is self-assessment and it has high subjectivity to assess performance. Assessment with high subjectivity can be viewed as unfair process. This will cause employees at MCC <br /> <br /> Department are not motivated by the assessment of employee performance, and will have a major impact on the company’s performance, since MCC Department is directly related to the increasing market share of POS Indonesia and also related to the overall POS business lines across Indonesia. So the objective of this research are to know the significant effect from Ability, Motivation and Environmental Obstacle on Employee’s Behavior, to determine the lowest factor that caused Employee’s Behavior and to determine the suitable proposal to improve the Employee’s Behavior. <br /> <br /> <br /> To know the significant effect and the lowest factor that caused Employee’s Behavior, is done by using SmartPLS 3.0.M3 application program. On this research, discussed the descriptions and analysis derived from primary and secondary data. Primary data of the research is the result of questionnaires distributed to all the objects studied which is, in the MCC Department. The research data are a number of scores obtained from respondents' answers to questions or statements about the research variables, namely variables X1 (Ability Triangle), X2 (Motivation Triangle), and X3 (Environmental Obstacle Triangle) <br /> <br /> and variable Y (Employee's Behavior). The variables were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Component Based SEM or Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. To summed up, Ability, Motivation and Environmental Obstacle have significant effect on Employee’s Behavior and there is a dimension that has the lowest value compared to other dimensions. The value of each dimension is obtained from <br /> <br /> Path Coefficient with the result that Culture Dimension in Motivation Triangle has the lowest value <br /> <br /> with value 0.641. text
