Description
Summary:PT Kreasi Edulab Indonesia (Edulab) is one of education consultant in Indonesia.

Edulab provides consulting and tutoral services to facilitate their students at their study

problem. Teaching and learning process are their key activities. Educator is one of their

key resources, one of the other is staff. Their customer segment is high school students

who are in preparation of National Exam and SBMPTN.

Current issue they faced is the lack of educator, which can distract their main services.

From the analysis, the root cause from the business issue is ineffective recruitment

strategy. From the current strategy analysis, Edulab using several methods of

recruitment such as join cooperation with Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati

Bandung, jobfair, advertisement, and career center ITB with public university graduated

qualification. The private university graduated are not accepted eventhough the number

of applicants are quite high.

The proposed solution is to outreach efforts which means spreading the join cooperation

and career center to other universities, accepting strategy which means accepting

applicants from private university graduated, and new allocation strategy to allows

private university graduated applicants join the educator position to teach intensive UN

classes only.
