From the current strategy analysis, Edulab using several methods of <br /> <br /> recruitment such as join cooperation with Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati <br /> <br /> Bandung, jobfair, advertisement, and career center ITB with public university graduated <br /> <br /> qualification. The private university graduated are not accepted eventhough the number <br /> <br /> of applicants are quite high. <br /> <br /> The proposed solution is to outreach efforts which means spreading the join cooperation <br /> <br /> and career center to other universities, accepting strategy which means accepting <br /> <br /> applicants from private university graduated, and new allocation strategy to allows <br /> <br /> private university graduated applicants join the educator position to teach intensive UN <br /> <br /> classes only. text |
