Consumtive behaviour aims to cope the city residents’ varying needs which also supported by the <br />
<br />
residents economic power itself. The high demand stimulate the needs of spaces or places to fulfill <br />
<br />
that demand. One of the facility that is need to achieve that kind of need is a lifestyle center that able <br />
<br />
to cover all the daily needs that have quality of recreative, such as; culinary, shopping, leisure and hang <br />
<br />
out places, that able to follow people lifestyle <br />
<br />
This project is about planning a lifestyle center building which is more to make relaxing <br />
<br />
situation or leisure amenities with a strong outdoor concept, open-air, and recreative. This project is <br />
<br />
located at city center of Palembang, precisely at Jenderal Sudirman Street Number 147 that covers <br />
<br />
about 10.437 square meters area. The concept of this planning is achieved from planning issues, <br />
<br />
building function, and environment condition that appear around the area. This building must be able <br />
<br />
to provide comfortability to its visitors by utilizing the polarity of the space. The building concept is <br />
<br />
blending about indoor and outdoor setting which cover circulation ideas, landscaping system and <br />
<br />
vertical garden, open-air building and flowing shape for responding hook site, permeability, also space <br />
<br />
orientation to recreative area. The 23.000 m2 bulding is designed following the concept of organic <br />
<br />
green building with dynamic and flowing shape. |
