Being established for more than two years, competitors have begun to increase and Jasa Jurnal is facing a slow growth along its third year. This slow growth is a signal for jasa jurnal to improve itself in order to keep being competitive in its industry. <br /> <br /> Internal and external analysis are used in order to dig deeper the cause of Jasa Jurnal’s slow growth. External analysis instruments used in this study are porter five forces, PEST, and competitor matrix analysis. While internal analysis used are VRIO framework, marketing mix, and SWOT. Based on those analyses, root causes of problems are identified with fish bone analysis. Based on fish bone analysis, the causes of Jasa Jurnal's problem are the price, people, and promotional management. Out of the three, Jasa Jurnal team agreed to fix promotional management as their first priority. <br /> <br /> Promotional management in Jasa Jurnal will be created based on its product life cycle and customer relationship management. The integrated marketing communication used in Jasa Jurnal will combine all the five promotional elements which are advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relation, and direct marketing. <br /> <br /> All of promotional plans will be implemented starting from the first quartal of 2018 and it will use affordable method as its budget allocation technique. By having long term promotional plan, Jasa Jurnal hopefully not only could increase its sales and revenue but also could strengthen its brand value among medical students. text
