Description
Summary:
The Football Stadium of Persiba Balikpapan is located at Jalan Mulawarman, Manggar, East Balikpapan, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. The stadium measures 205 m x 166 m and is located on an area of 585 m x 355 m. In the process of realizing the design of this stadium project, it is necessary to have a construction engineering management planning that includes methods of construction, project scheduling and project cost estimation.

The method of construction begins with preparatory work, continues with the work of the lower structure which includes spun pile foundation, pile cap and tie beam. The upper structure of the stadium consists of column, beams, plates and steel roof truss. The reinforced concrete will be constructed with cast method in place and using PERI formwork. Then the work of drainage system include subsea drainage work and surface drainage.

Project scheduling is done with the help of Ms project software with input of individual work duration and logic of dependency of the project. This, contributes to knowing the overall duration and the critical path of the project.

The estimated output cost of construction on this project is the result of engineer's estimate which includes direct and indirect cost. The cost estimation process uses unit price and resource enumeration methods.
