RISK ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (CASE STUDY : PD. ABC BANDUNG )

PD. ABC Bandung is a Regional owned enterprise which is engaged in sanitation service business in Bandung. PD ABC provides public service to overcome the problem of waste and sanitation in the city of Bandung. However, in terms of performance PD.ABC is still considered not optimal. The company annually receives APBD funds as a subsidy for public services. PD.ADC is considered not able to handle the problem of waste in the city of Bandung, the company also considered always losse and burden the city of Bandung budget. So there is a desire to make changes business process made PD.ABC. Based on this, the choice to make changes a business process should be carefully reviewed and first need to evaluate company performance. The evaluation is to find out the problems and constraints faced by company through risk management. Therfore, risk assessment of business process is a necessary and important to consider wheather the company really needs to changes the business or not. <br /> <br /> <br /> Several tools will be performed to get possible risks. The internal analysis will be analyzed through Mckinsey 7s Framework. Meanwhile the external analysis will be explored by PESTEL. Risk Measurement is used by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method that can be used to identifity risk of company. While, the conduct the calculation will be assisted by using EXPERT CHOICE software. The AHP approaching method is understable and flexible in which to analyize the risks. <br /> <br /> <br /> According the AHP result, the highest of risk is Finance Category with 0.221. The value means that the finance category is the most important risk in the company. Meanwhile, for the risk factor, the highest risk factor is tariff regulation with value 0.082. <br />
