Summary: | KAP is an organization engaged in accounting and financial services. An organization stands inseparable from the management of human resources, in the form of organizational culture and work environment. Both play a role as a support in improving the ability of employees in a KAP. One of them, on KAP Moores Rowland. Attendance and employee delays are high. The organizational culture and the work environment have an effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance KAP Moores Rowland. The method used in this research is Mix method between quantitative and qualitative research methods with data acquisition through literature study, interview, and distributing questionnaires to 33 employees as respondents and using unlimited sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using regression test and 7s analysis. From the results of the study note that the organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, companies should pay more attention to the existing organizational culture within the company (positive organizational culture, which is to build and create a conducive working environment) both physically and non-physically to improve employee performance. |
