Summary:<p align="justify">Patimban Port is one of the port projects by the government which construction begin in 2017. The port is located in Patimban Village, Pusakanegara District, Subang Regency, West Java Province with the aim to reduce logistics costs, to ease the land traffic congestion in DKI Jakarta, and strengthen economic resilience. In order for port activities to run optimally, it is necessary to implement a good port operation and management. Therefore, this Final Project will discuss about the Operational and Management Design of Patimban Port First Stage Container Terminals. The operation design is based on container demand in the year of port operation. The discussion of this Final Project includes wharf operation design, container yard operation design, and calculation of capital cost and container handling tariff. The wharf operation design includes determining the type of berthing ship; determination of type, quantity and productivity of handling equipment; and determining the dimensions of the wharf. The container yard operation design includes determining the type, quantity, and productivity of handling equipment; horizontal transport operation design; and calculation of container yard capacity. Calculation of capital cost and container handling tariff includes the calculation of the total capital cost; calculation of total expenditure and the needed for annual income during the payback period; and determination of container handling tariff.<p align="justify">
