The adsorption of substances by copolymer was not affected by the pKa. The addition of sodium chloride as much as hundred times of the adsorbed subtances increased the release of indomethacin up to 34% and the addition of sodium chloride as much as thousand times of the adsorbed substances released 30% of indomethacin and 10% of diclofenac sodium from the copolymer. Results showed that the adsorption process of indomethacin and diclofenac sodium on the Eudragit R:'" was presumably caused by non-ionic electrostatic interaction text
