Description
Summary:Usage of information technology in the world of education is increasingly conducted by educational institutions. The development of an integrated Vidyanusa e-learning system can help the learning process be more effective and efficient. However, the activity information of each feature is still separated, so it needs to be unified by one system so that the student’s development and ability can be assessed. The result of the system needs to be optimal in order to maximize the benefit of the system.

The application of asynchronous method in the system program and the concept of usability on the user interface are expected to achieve this. The portfolio system as part of the Vidyanusa platform is built using the latest technology of MEAN which stands for MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and NodeJS. MEAN is applied because it has excellent performance and supports asynchronous method. The usability concept is applied because the user interface of the system is expected to make the system effective, efficient and satisfying.

The system has been successfully developed and tested. The test result states that the asynchronous method successfully applied to system and the system has usability value of 90.65%.
