Summary: |
Hospitalized inpatients often do not consume food served by the hospital for various reasons. In fact, the food given to patients aims to support the healing of patients to avoid the possibility of malnutrition. Hospitals that often generalize food for patients with different needs to be one cause of the problem. In addition, the variation of food in the hospital tends to be small, making the patient feel bored. Hospitals also rarely provide opportunities for patients to be able to choose their own food. From these problems, the authors identified the user's perspective on current food service and analyzed the problem by referring to one of the hospital's service processes. SELERAKU system is one of the innovations to solve the problems that occur. This system enables the patient to choose his own food from a wide selection of catering services but remains consistent with the patient's diet and supervised by a dietician in the hospital. The system has three main actors, namely patients, hospital nutritionists, and catering services. Each actor has different roles. In designing the system used various diagrams that describe the flow of information, system interaction, and process flow. After designing the system, the system is implemented by developing prototype system with medium fidelity type. This prototype is made to describe the flow of the system. The prototype development is carried out in mobile applications because to facilitate the mobilization of users. The system prototype is then tested to the corresponding users, which are users with roles as patients, nutritionists, and catering services. From the test results, good responses are obtained from each testers against the system designed. In addition, the users also provide constructive suggestions to improve the ability of the system designed. In the end, the system is expected to answer the problems that occur. Further development can be done with further condition analysis and re-adjustment to user requirements. In addition, the suggestions provided can be further implemented so that the system can run better.
|
