| Summary: | <p align="justify">Maritime Museum (Museum Kebaharian) in Penjaringan – North of Jakarta, is a stateadministered tourist attraction that is currently undergoing a renovation to enhance its service quality. This is due to lack of visitors although it has vast numbers of collections and exhibits related to the history and culture of Indonesian maritime. This condition affects visitors' emotional engagement with the museum contents, and furthermore, a decline in the interest of visitors about national maritime history and culture. Based on this issue, this final project sought to create a more engaging environment in order to attract visitors according to service design view. It resulted in the design of self-assistive device that aimed to bring new and insightful experiences for visitors while navigating through museum spaces.<p align="justify"> |
