This condition affects visitors' emotional engagement with the museum contents, and furthermore, a decline in the interest of visitors about national maritime history and culture. Based on this issue, this final project sought to create a more engaging environment in order to attract visitors according to service design view. It resulted in the design of self-assistive device that aimed to bring new and insightful experiences for visitors while navigating through museum spaces.<p align="justify"> text |
