Social economics aspect analyzed by using accessibility index method, which considering fascination of each region in the form of distance between region, availability of employment, health and education facilities. While for the land physical aspect analyzed using land suitability analysis.The result from data processing obtained regions which have priority for the development of settlement area, according to land suitability analysis and each region's fascination. <br /> text
