One of the method used to determine position is with WiFi. There are various method using WiFi. WiFi method that has been evaluated are WiFi Fingerprinting and WiFi Lateration. The 2 method that has been evaluated are extremely simple and easy to implement without the need to put many support on the hardware. Experiment has been done on indoor to directly evaluate the performance of the method with data taken on various reference point. Average resolution of method that has been evaluated are 3.38 meter on Fingerprint and 8.68 meter on Lateration. The effect of range between reference point when the range are 3, 6, and 9 meter has been evaluated and the average resolution are 3.76, 4.46, and 4.94 meter. text |
