Summary:The development of information technology that is increasingly rapid at this time, especially the internet, makes business electronically a potential business. Issuance of a Presidential Regulation to address the issue regarding logistical activities, namely related to the restructuring, revitalization and modernization of modern and competitive PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as a courier company needs an evaluation of current shipping conditions to be able to increase competitiveness with other courier companies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the delivery of e-commerce goods PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Evaluation is carried out on the condition of the current mode using Monte Carlo Simulations. In this case, evaluation of shipments is carried out from the Central Jakarta Post Processing to the Tambun distribution center. The results of this study are the number of actual vehicles in e commerce freight shipments of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as much as 53 vehicles can be carried out efficiency of vehicles by using Monte Carlo simulation of 30 vehicles. In addition, it can reduce operational costs by 56.01% or Rp. 46,833,475,862- ,. However, to anticipate the growth of e-commerce in the future, e-commerce growth scenarios are carried out at 10% to 20%. These results indicate that the number of simulation vehicles can only anticipate current growth conditions. Conversely the number of actual vehicles can anticipate until 2021.
