PT. XYZ was officially established on 1967 by Tirta Suherlan, successfully mastered the domestic markets and has even exported its products to more from 12 countries in the world spread across Asia, Australia, America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. which is revenue for local market 95% and for foreign market 5%.Based on discussions with the HC and GA to support the company to achieve the target, employees not only perform routine work in accordance with the target because with it the performance of employees cannot be distinguished significantly. This happens because companies implement performance management that is not in accordance with the needs of the company. This research proposed performance management system with 9 key performance indicators (KPI) derived from the vision, mission, strategy and business processes of the company.
