Therefore, it requires a simple yet sensitive and accurate method for paracetamol determination. In this study, a voltammetry method with molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) as working electrode had been developed. The monomers used for MIP modification were 3-aminophenol and 2-aminophenol. Modifications were conducted using cyclic voltammetry technique within a potential range of -0.2–1.0 V and scan rate of 100 mV/s in 0.03 M HClO4 as supporting electrolyte. The modified electrodes had a good repeatability with RSD of 1.85% from 10 repeated measurements and a good reproducibility with RSD of 4.90% obtained using 5 electrodes. The calibration curve was linier at the concentration range of 0.001 mM - 1 mM with a detection limit of 0.74 µM. text
