| Summary: | To realize the ideals of the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) as a world
class university, development plan, that includes the development of programs
and facilities, is needed. One of the planned facility development by ITB is the
construction of the Center for Advanced Sciences (CAS) Building. Good
construction planning is necessary to run the construction project smoothly. The
purpose of this final project is to design the preparation for Center For Advanced
Sciences (CAS) ITB construction project, which is focused on the design of
resource allocation and project financing (cash flow) of the preparation work,
earth work, foundation work, and structural work of the project.
The final project is done by doing review directly to the project field and
collecting the data from the project. From the study, the proposal regarding to the
planning of resource allocation and financing (cash flow) of the project are
obtained. As a result, there is some work to be experiencing a shift in the schedule
in accordance with the availability of its resources and to do some work on over
time. In addition, according to the availability of funds, the project should be
borrowing money to keep it running. |
