Summary:Banking industry is industry which really relies on the technology. During a decade there was a lot of new technology appear especially mobile technology that impacted financial services and change customer behavior from walk in to branch and ATM shift to mobile device. To answer the challenge, BANK TULIP introduce to new program called as ITDP (IT Development Program) in order to fill BANK TULIP with ability to be more adaptable in technology changes. Unfortunately now only 56% percent ITDP’s left in BANK TULIP and most of them consider leaving the company to looking for another opportunity. Behavioral model structures that contain three elements and nine drivers will be used to identify the root causes why turnover behavior happens in ITDP. The result there are four driver that have problem and need to be improve which are Training & Career Development, Compensation, Performance Management, and HR Plan. The solution for those four problems driver will be solve using ‘Tour of Duty’ framework that can help BANK TULIP not only to retain and manage the existing talents, but also attract new talent to come to join BANK TULIP.
