In current situation where almost everyone seeks information through communication technology it changes the behavior of the user. Along with the rapid development of the digital era, the emergence of pioneering companies or commonly called startup are encouraged. Tukang.com is one of technology based start-up that operate in housing and living. The purpose of this research is to perform a strategy formulation to propose alternative of strategies and the implementation plan for Tukang.Com in dealing with the business issues. Researcher methodology in this research are first, determining the problem. Second, collect data from observation and interview and also secondary data. Third, Asses external and internal situation of the business and then using SWOT analysis to create alternative strategy that could be Implemented. As conclusion of this research, Tukang.com should implement a product development strategy to capture potential customer in the market. Tukang.com in current condition too focused on housing and living service while the competitor of Tukang.com already provide another option of service beside housing and living. Several strategy that support product development strategy are proposed by researcher so Tukang.com could achieve their objective. text
