The author take HR & GA is one of the roles the important role is the supporting function at PT. XYZ. the author finally carried out a cultural measurement introduced by Kim S. Cameron and Robert E. Quinn. the author conduct research using survey OCAI (Organization Culture Assestment Instrument). text
