| Summary: | This study was conducted to determine the valuation value of private companies that have not been listed on the stock exchange. PT Medika Antapani requires an estimate of the company's valuation because the owner will sell part of the company's ownership to the employees of the internal antapani medica. This is intended to increase the bond between the company and employees, especially medical personnel. The results of the calculation of the Antapani Medicines using the Discounted Cash Flow model are Rp. 9.8 billion.
Based on these results, the valuation of Medika Antapani still has the potential to increase again due to the current world of health, especially the National Health Network, which is an important issue that is very concerned by the government.
