Description
Summary:The era of free trade is the basis for increasing economic competitiveness and competitiveness of human resources from a business or creative economy company. Based on the results of the 2016 economic census list, there are 8,203,826 million creative economic companies in Indonesia. Indonesia has implemented digital financial services for people to access financial products and services. The presence of companies engaged in financial technology such as Peer- to-Peer Lending can be a financing solution for the MSME sector to maintain productivity. Based on the National Survey on Financial Literacy (SNLK) conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016, public financial literacy and financial inclusion have become a problem in Indonesia. The results of the National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion show that only 29.7% of Indonesians have adequate knowledge, skills and beliefs about literacy and 67.8% use financial products and services. Indonesia's financial inclusion target is expected to reach 75% by 2019. This research was conducted in Bandung City because the number of creative economy businesses was ranked third with 126,184 businesses after Surabaya and West Jakarta. In addition, the largest number of borrowers/users of services in Peer-to-Peer Lending institutions is in Java with 4,313,165 total borrowers. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Peer-to-Peer Lending Services adoption and financial literacy (Extended UTAUT) on MSMEs behavioral intentions in using Peer-to-Peer Lending Services. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 400 users of Peer-to-Peer Lending services in Bandung. Data processed using multiple linear regression and moderate regression analysis. Extended UTAUT simultaneously has an effect of 68.2% on behavioral intention to use financial technology services (Peer-to-Peer Lending). Partially, there is a significant effect between Performance Expectations, Social Influence, Financial Knowledge, Financial Skills, and Financial Attitudes on behavioral intentions to use financial technology services (Peer-to-Peer Lending). The researcher gives several recommendations for OJK in the form of financial literacy and inclusion education through training or seminars and through social media. With the increase in public financial literacy, financial inclusion in Indonesia will also increase.
