Summary:L.H. Wado is a premium carrying goods company established in Bandung, Indonesia. L.H.Wado values is deliver the high class look and neat design to empower their customers pride by using it. Wado will concentrate to distribute the product at online store in Instagram and distribution channel in e-commerce. The research will start by analysing the current business situation of the company which will be described through some analysis such as, STP Analysis, Marketing Mix, PESTEL, 5 Forces, Competitor, SWOT Analysis, and other internal-external analysis. According to root cause analysis L.H.Wado main problem is low brand image. As newest product to enter the market L.H.Wado needs to encourage their STP to reach maximum successful rate for products sales. This research proposed brand image strategies for L.H.Wado. Those strategies are exhibition, website optimization, and brand ambassador.
