The UV DRS measurement result showed that the energy gap of BiFe03 increases as the sintering time increases. The capasitance value for BifeOJ sample prepared with KOH is in general, larger than for Bife03 sample prepeared with NH3 with applied voltage of 500 mV. Some fluctuations in the dielectric constant in Bife03 sampel using NH3 at temperature range of 50-200 °C. There are sharp decreasing in the imaginer dielectric constant value at I 00 oc for both samples. The optical conductivity of BiFe03 prepeared with KOH is higher than prepared with NHJ. text |
