Multiferroic materials of BiFe03 has been successfully synthesized by means of sonochemical method wtih KOH and NHJ as bases. Based on the XRD diffractrogram, highly purity ofBiFe03 could be obtained using NHJ as base. There is a peak from the unknown phase for Bife03 synthesized using KOH....
