Summary:Green Ribbon is a 20-stories mixed-use building located in Manggarai, South Jakarta, that will be used as shopping center, recreation dan apartment. This Final Project consists of the planning of construction method, duration calculation and cost estimation. Using data obtained from environment’s condition, and structural and geotechnical’s technical drawing, design of construction methods can proceed as planned. Early stages of planning consist of selecting the most appropriate method based on tasks needed. Task will be divided into 6 main tasks, consisting of preparation stage, cut and fill stage, construction of lower structures stage, construction of upper structures stage, arsitectural and MEP. After selecting construction method, construction cost can be estimated by using unit method analysis. Total cost of Green Ribbon is Rp.1.058.575.817.999,70. Productivities will be calculated using lead resources analysis from workers and machines In the end of scheduling, resources used during construction will be optimized by using resource leveling and resource allocation. As a result, total duration for Green Ribbon project is 876,11 days. Final result of duration and cost estimaed will be presented as S-curve which shows task progression according to time.
